Okau station is remote proposed government station in the Western part of Ningerum Tribe of North Fly District, Western Province, Papua New Guinea.
It is located approximately 8 km along PNG Indonesian border. Have been with PNG for 47 years of the countrys independence but you will hardly see any government services such as school, aid post, electricity and other basic needs for the people.
Though sometimes funding to develop the Station comes but it always goes missing in thin air.
As the son of this area I am seeking financial assistance to setup up mini Hydro for my people. I have many other needs too but I am willing to start with one project at a time.
