At around 12noon Friday Oct 29,2021 my father was found face flat on the pavement; bleeding. He was rushed to different hospitals but was not given immediate attention due to pandemic protocols; not even first aid. They were asking us to look for a hospital that has an available ICU. At Val City Care we asked to do a CT scan so that we would have something that could give some light to what condition my father was at that time. We took the plate and CD as to no doctor could see it at that time. We then went to MCU in Caloocan. They said they can take my father but has to wait for 12 hours in the ER for the swab test result. Feeling helpless we decided to take my father home. At this point we were already in contact with bayanihan ekonsulta. They contacted us thru viber and a doctor was able to see my dad's CT scan. We were advised that my father should not be at home and should be in the ICU as soon as possible. Given that we decided to take him to St Lukes Global in Taguig where he was given the proper attention and was then sent to the ICU. As of now he is still in the ICU; good news is he is fighting and now awake. Responsive. Test results suggest he had suffered brain aneurisym but needs more test. This means more time in the ICU. A brain operation is also not out of the table yet. Our family is requesting for your prayers that our dad can overcome this and recover soon. If you would like to assist with our financial burden, any donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds will go directly my father's medical expenses.
