The cardiac surgery team of Non-profit enterprise “Ternopil University Hospital” of Ternopil Regional Council appeals for help to all who care!
We are a young team that dreams to work and provide assistance in the surgical treatment of the cardiovascular system diseases to all who need it. However, even significant financial support from the administration of our hospital was not enough to complete the designed project of our own department. In the context of the global pandemic, all material and technical resources were directed to the fight against coronavirus disease, and, unfortunately, in the current conditions, we can not finish what we have started and establish a full-fledged work of our service. At this stage, repair works have already been performed in the intensive care unit of the department, the faulty power supply and water supply system have been replaced. However, much remains to be done to make the wards suitable for patients hospitalization. In addition, to provide full medical care to patients in need of cardiac surgery, the department should be equipped with a whole list of medical and diagnostic facilities. That is why today we have to ask you: do not stay aside! Thousands of people only in our region need surgical treatment of heart diseases today! We believe that one small act of kindness can change their lives and every penny counts!
