Hello friends, I am a male 45 from India and I want to become a transfemale for that I have to go surgery, special medications and change in social attributes my family and friends will not help me and even I have to go out of my country to fulfill my requirements. I am since my birth recognised myself as a female. Earlier I tried to suppress my feelings but I gave negative results and my passion became more strong from earlier to be ome a female. My surgery will take place either in US or South East Asia, if anybody is having good suggestions for gender operation it is better or rather donate some amount to raise the required funds.
