Hello good people. My name is Amela Keserovic Polic from Sarajevo (BiH). I'm an animal lover. At this moment i take care for more then a 14 animals (seven cats, five dogs which i placed in a private pansion, two constant stray dogs, and many more on the street). All of them has a sad story. Two of them (Viki and Redzo, brother and sister) i saved with my husband from veterinarian station Reljevo, horrible place in Sarajevo established for killing dogs. Viki and Redzo was only 2,5 months old when i saved them from that hell. At the same day after examination veterinarian diagnosed them parvo virus. That was a second huge battle for their lives. We won. Now they are happy seven months old dogs, who are waiting for their forever homes, and has to be sterillised. Other two, my lovely Klempe (two male dogs, i call them Klepme, because of their sweet ears) i saved in the middle of winter 2019. year. They were born and spent first months of their lives under concrete blocks. Dog catchers came to after them, i had only one choice, hide them and save. They are great but abnormaly scared of people. Socialization is a huge battle, i'm in a middle of it, doing everything to help them. Milka is our lovely female Staford, me and my husband found her thrown away in the trash with bonded front legs. This is only a part when it comes my fight and care for this poor animals. Till now, and that period is a long, i do it all by my self, none of my dogs or cats has no sponsors, or donation. For months and months i pay by my self all of their costs; pansion, food, veterinarian, equipment ... I'm no longer able to cover so many expenses on my on. That is the reason i ask for help all good people. Till they found their forever homes, i have to take care for them. I saved them from the street and deaths, Corona happened, and made this battle more difficult, but i will do everything to make their future happy.
