Summary We have build this MVP in the last year and we are now ready to fund it so we can build the version 1.0
We are two guys who has a lot of experience in both developing software and businesses.

• Kris Kristensen Developer and Founder Kris is a seasoned professional with a solid experience from executive IT management. He has a deep technical knowledge especially in the Open Source field. He has been in IT management for more than 20 years and been responsible to teams and operations for various branches like the exchange business in both Denmark, England, Portugal and Dubai. He is a professional business partner that always tries to close the deal in the most profitable way possible.

• Steffen Kirkegaard CEO and Founder Is a well known Danish Crypto specialist, which have held multiple seminars on Crypto business the last many years. But he started as a Gamer back in 1995 and is still gaming on various platforms and have gained expert knowledge in Gaming and E-sports in the last many years.
  And an expert in Viral Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphics designer, Video producer. A truly unique personality with an amazing energy and work ethics.

• We need to get this some fuel for this rocket, we have now build the Minimal viable product. And we want to democratize the eSport world so everybody can make an earning and get money from playing games if they have a talent.
  
• When we have the fuel we can set both Kris and Steffen free to go all in on this project and make the rocket fly. That means that the platform will make money in version 1.0
  We need to finish the gameplay for the FIAT money api, so "real" money can float in to the system and you can withdraw your winnings.
  
• We need to launch more games on Gamers Coin we consider top 10 in the eSport world in version 1.0. So that the most played games with the most players will engage and challenge each other on Gamers Coin.

• We want to hire two developers and one SOME specialist. Two things is needed, first we need to finish the first version with proof of business. Then we need to market it to the right people on both Twitch and Discord.
• One of our specialities is Bounties where a player example in CSGO wiche is on the MVP, can get a bounty on their head if they did most kills. That mean that there is a lot of money on that players head for the next game round being played with that gamer.
• We will use the funds for development for version 1.0 and we will use money on marketing to make the rocket fly.

Risks & Challenges We know that development is tough mostly because the many obstacles you find along the way, versions new options and others that does not fit your product. Fail fast is the lean startups only chance to survive in a ever changing world.

• We are both use to make innovative new solutions and in this project there has been some already.
• We plan to change from JavaFX on the frontend design to a web based version because the login to steam will be more agile and faster in that version. The web version is also better for all other applications on mobile.
