My name is Mohammed Musa and I need urgent funds for my niece, Fatema who is suffering from Disability and is undergoing treatment at BGS Hospital, Bengaluru . The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but $10000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses.
