I'm 68 years pensioner and live on Government Grant. I was involved in a car accident in 1994 where l suffered a fracture on my jaws. The dentist who performed a surgery on my jaws told me l might have some complications with me teeth later on. I have started to lose my teeth one after another. As a result l require a surgery/ implants but l cannot afford to pay the costs. I'm a published author of a book titled 'Victim of the Evil System' - l do a lot of motivational speaking... The jaw restruction will help me to regain self confidence during my public speaking
