We as the Africa Humanitarian Network are here for our people in need. We strive on making every little moment count. We persist on making other people's needs our own. Palestinian women and children needs no introduction we all know what is happening to all these women and children, it's heartbreaking to us all, we see it everyday on either TV or Social media.
