My sweet nephew John Phillip has faced more challenges in his short life than many of us will ever face. His family now needs help covering some of the costs associated with multi-organ transplantation. John Philip was born 8 weeks early in July 2022 with cystic fibrosis. On top of that, he was born with a bowel obstruction and rupture that led to him having major abdominal surgery at less than 24 hours old. After over 100 days in the NICU he was finally able to go home and meet his big brother for the first time. Unfortunately, since going home, he has continued to face many medical challenges. John now needs both a liver and small bowel transplant. Due to his complicated anatomy and complex medical history, he must travel from Arizona to California for his transplant. As you can imagine, this is a VERY expensive process. All funds raised will be used to offset some of the travel and medical expenses that are not covered by insurance. If you have room in your wallet, I don't know of a more deserving kiddo or family to donate to!
