I am Shahid Fraz a 36 years old Christian from Pakista. I'm married and blessed with an eight month old son Micah John.
We urgently need to renovate our living room to provide a quality and dignified living to our small baby.
OUR LIVING CONODITIONS
We are living in a room which is very small (100 square ft only) and old built some 40 years ago by our deceased parents. It's not only very small but also lacks proper ventilation system. This room is everything for us like our Sleeping room, Drawing room, Kitchen, Store room and playground for our baby. There is one bed, table, two chairs and one Gas Cylinder for cooking. Somehow, we have also managed to keep our baby's cradle in it. Other things are things are just placed under the bed, table and into all the corners. As all the corners of the room are filled with things, there is no place where our baby can crawl or play. It's also very hard to keep it clean. Dust and trash get collected which is very unhealthy for our small baby.
Due to COVID 19 it's very essential to maintain some social distancing and cleanliness but very hard to follow both.
Finally, there is no shade infront of it. Sunshine directly enters into the room and makes like living in an oven. Usual temperature in Summer Season (April-September) is 45 degree Centigrades and sometimes touches 50. Similarly if it rains, rainwater gets into the room which we throw out with bucket. As its roof is made of mud, heavy rains cause roof leakage and pose life threats.
Looking at these conditions we urgently need to renovate it to provide a safe and healthy environment to our baby. We wish to start it in August. In August, we will not only get some savings from the bank, but will also be able to get the help of volunteers.
ESTIMATED COST AND BNEFACTION NEEDED
Total estimated cost is approximately 5000 US$. Out of this, we have managed to save $1000 and have applied for a home loan of another $1000. Your genrosity and support is needed to collect the remaining $3000.
This amount will be spent on buying bricks, sand, cement, stones, iron bars, door, windows, water tank, wires and electric items, and also for paying to the professionals.
HOW THE FUNDS WILL BE USED
I assure all of you that the funds will be used only for said purpose only with great honesty and genuineness.
WORDS OF GRATITUDE
Any contribution, small or large will help us to provide our son a quality and dignified living. My family will always be highly grateful to you and appreciate your support and genrosity.
BIG THANK YOU ALL
MANY BLESSINGS.
