I am diagnosed with major depression three months ago. And i was admitted in mental clinic it has been hell road. I created a support group on WhatsApp call soul sister where we share our struggles. And i realised mental awareness is something people do not understand as it still view something do be ashamed off and feel lioe a failure until you come to brinking point. In a scale of 1 to 10 majority commit suicide. I want start a movement where people will be able to share their struggles and find help. Through clinically, spiritually and physical so that they are able to get up and start believing in themselves
