Alfarm is a farming cooperative of youths who are based in Solwezi, Zambia. The coorperative was created with the view of decreasing levels of unemployment in our community. We've been in business for two years now. This year, Alfarm plans to build two poultry houses each acccomodetating 1000 birds, renovating water system at the farm as well as upgrading electricity system. In addition, because of this development, Alfarm is going to employ 12 workers making the total number of workers to be 22.
