I am a Rakesh from India 45 years old male by birth, now decided to change my gender. Please help me in fulfilling my goal.I like to wear buy girls cloth since I was young then I don't know what to do but after 45 years looking my past and my behaviour in present it looks my view is not changing despite my efforts to be a man it failed so now I decided to transform into female which cost pre surgery such as HLT and voice modulation, facial surgery, hip transplant after one year fully body transformation will took and it will costs around 20000$ in South Asia which my family is not going to support even they are going to throw out of community. I have to settle in some other country too only after full surgery. I request to all grateful people to support me to progress in my transformation.
