Hello everyone,
I am Pastor Tonny Sseruzzi, running an orphanage in Mityana, Central District, Uganda, Africa.
We take care of Orphaned , poor and homeless kids here at our ministry in Uganda.
We haven't received any call, active contact from international NGOs.
So, it is not easy to take care of the kids alone without your support.
Please, We kindly requesting for your support and donate.
I feel happy when I put this smile on the face of these children.
Let us come together, so that we keep this smile on the faces of the children !!
—————————
Now, we are taking care of 25 children.
We are two, me and my friend.
The AIDS pandemic resulted in many children becoming orphans. They have no parents.
Now, I work as a mechanic and use the income to pay the rent for the orphanage, person things and buy food for the children. But in that, the money is not enough for me to manage everything.
-
☆ Funds necessary for operating an orphanage ☆
-
☆ Life in general (food, drinking water, rent, tuition) …
We are in situation where we even take one meal are day.
Food is very expensive, we are not afford it anymore.
We don't have clean water,
And on top of that the children need better education but they don't have school requirements,
school fees and the most bad thing they travel are long distance from home to school.
-
☆ Purchasing a large water tank …
The cost required for the big water storage tank. … $1500 to $2000.
Pond water is polluted,
and every year we are at risk of "typhoid fever".
We need a big water tank that can store as much rainwater as possible during the rainy season for the long dry season.
-
☆ The cost required to purchase land…
A good land which has fertile soils can buy … $5000 to $8000.
And others can be …$3000 to $4500 (but it is not good).
It will work when we buy our own land, but now we just borrow.
There are many plants that are easy to grow in Central Uganda, but we don't have land to grow many as possible.
If we have the money to buy the land, specifically,
We would like to grow maize , sweet potatoes, cassava , banana, beans and mangos.
The crops growing up around this little princess are "maize".
We no longer have these, but we would like to drow them again if we can buy the land !
-
☆ School fees ...
Tuition fees for children.
…one child need $250 per term.
There is 3 terms in the year.
Tuition depends on class, but one child can go to school paying $250 per term when all requirements are on.
The government don't pay anymore now. Most of the children didn't go back to school this year, because of tuition.
Do you want to buy books, or pens for young children in Africa?
I'm asking for donation from you every time.
-
☆ Medical ...
Brighton is 2years, but he was born with HIV.
Now his father left them, and they have to look for food and home needs.
Tom sitting in the front, this boy is in bad condition.
He cannot speak, stand, or eat without our meal assistance.
Children are at high risk of contracting typhoid fever from drinking contaminated water.
Malaria transmitted by mosquitoes around the village is also dangerous.
In Uganda, many children are born with HIV. In addition, in case children who are not well nourished suffer from diseases, we need a savings account for emergency medical expenses.

-
Any donation is helpful however small it might be.
Thank you so much may GOD bless you abundantly.
Let us bring hope on the faces of these children !!
