Due to faulty Foundation, African have been deprived of her dividend of democracy and for us to get it right again we need to go back to our foundation (grassroots) catch them young inculcate Safe Attitude which is the 4Es (Engineering, Education, Enforcement, Encouragement) we are introducing in our Educational school system today and allow them to grow with it, but we can't only create this awareness without a reference guild which is the Safety Textbooks and Equipment that will help them build their Safety Consciousness, knowledge and also make them know the Hazard of their Action. At the End we believe this will rapidly close the high level of ignorance towards Safety Practices in our schools and society.
