My name is Mocce and I’m promoting a fundraiser to help pay for medical expenses and for continuing treatment of my gastrointestinal diabetes.



Over the past year, I’ve experienced many setbacks with medical conditions that have continued to plague me, both in finances and in health, although it is probably not unusual in these tough COVID-19 times.

Several months ago, I underwent a colonoscopy procedure to further determine the cause of my diagnosis of gastrointestinal disease. To make matters worse, I was also given a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes, in which my pancreas has ceased its insulin function and enables me to take injections daily.

To make matters worse, I took a bad fall and fractured my right humerus (upper shoulder), which limits my ability to raise my right arm above my head and I had to resign from my part-time job working as a freight handler. My recent diagnosis, coupled with my injury, has limited my ability to find continued employment and has left me with numerous medical expenses that has left me and continued experiences with difficult financial hurdles.
