In countries around the world, women struggle to receive the care they need before, during, and after giving birth. The causes of maternal deaths run deep, and are often rooted in the social, cultural, and economic fabric of society. In Tanzania, limited access to care, under-resourced facilities, and incomplete information about the highest risk pregnancies are major contributors to maternal mortality. And because the hardest to reach communities have some of the highest rates, many localized threats are still unknown The data shows that every day, 830 women around the world die from pregnancy and childbirth-related complications. This affects women everywhere, from Tanzania where maternal mortality is on the rise as for everyday 30 women and 180 newborns die and other experience complication including disabilities and fistula. This means that every month 900 women are affected by pregnancy related complications (DHS 2015 - 16). From this problem Bayowe were touched anddecided to work closely with Ministry of Health on the best approach to support the Government effortson improving health sector through preparing this project which will join together all health stakeholders so as raise fund that will make donation to all health centers that are extremely faced with this problem of inadequate health facilities. We believe from the fund that will be obtained from this event will save the life of many expectant sisters and mothers plus the infants which are the best future leaders and generation to come. Mothers fight for us their whole lives. Now is the time to fight for MAMS
