Pskwi youth development implemented various programs to prepare young people for the workplace in an effort to work towards reducing unemployment, teenage pregnancy, crime, academic failure, and create job opportunities to eradicate poverty around our communities.

Projects includes :
* Work preparations training to aid unemployment
* Career planning and referrals for further training in order to build the skills of to be able to market themselves
* Projects that will focus on preparing CVs, conduct interviews and understanding of the work ethics

The implemented of this skills building project is guided by Research on community needs and challenges, Research on business needs.
The Job Creation project which seeks to provide long term job opportunities for unemployed youths through the plartfoms created by Pskwi Youth Development in Soshanguve Pretoria South Africa..........
