I am a 24 years old Youth Worker form Romania, that went through studies in Public Health, Social work and the medical field, while being a volunteer for the Red Cross and a local NGO that works in no formal education.
My dream is to make available to each kid an educational program that will help them learn real life skills, receive trainings in areas such as first aid and develope their multilingual aptitudes. How? Through both short term "intensive learning camp" and long term 2-6 hours a week activities, with dedicated topics.

$2000 would be enough to implement a couple variations of short term services for 100 children or ca couple variations of long term services for 30 children, giving also the opportunity to the program to self sustain for at least a second implementation. With $15000, a number of approximately 300 children would benefit from this campaign for a hole year, with both short and long term implementation, giving it the boost it would need to self sustain and evolve in the second year with an increase of at least 25% in children.
On a 10 year framework the percentage will dicrese, but afer reaching 1000 children a year, it will mentain a 5% increase rate each year, becoming not only selfsustaind but international also.
