I sincerely apologise for coming to you on this, but please we need your help our mother is in critical condition suffering from a brain infection that has left her in critical condition with some other complications.

We have tried managing it on our end but it has gone beyond our hands. She's on the road to recovery but we need your financial support to achieve this. I understand this is alot to ask but we really need your help and aid.
