Why the Animals At Longdown Activity Farm Need Your Help
Longdown Activity Farm is a family -owned tourist attraction and education enter providing hands-on interaction with a variety of friendly farm animals for young families and local school group since 1983.Longdown also provides valuable training for assisted-needs students.
The current COVID-19 Pendemic has impacted on countless buisnesses and lives. For Longdown Activity Farm this has meant the closure of our farm gate to our many visitors and the Cancellationn Of Our School Group bookings for this year.
Since the middle of March 2020 our income has come to an abrupt end.Ehile the government has promised grants and funding,in the short medium term this is proving difficult for us to access.
In our attempt to keep Longdown Activity Farm Open we are seeking assistance from anyone whois able to help us with feed our animals and to provide veterinary treatment during the next few months until we can welcome to the pubilc back on to our farm onece again.
We appriciate that this is very Difficult time for everyone so we give grateful and humble thanks for any donation you may be able to spare.
