Stop workplace harassment and bullying!!! My mother is harassed and bullyid by her boss for over a decade now, she doesn't afford to quit her job because she has to provide for the family and also because other companies did not hire her because she is over 50 years and they said that she is too old or because she is Hungarian and we live in Romania and racism aplies here too. I can not stand to see my mother feeling worse and worse and I feel that I am not capable to help her. The family is encouraging her to sue her boss but she is certain that without money and higher relations she does not stand a chance. I would like to go talk with a lawyer but all this costs. Please help us anyway you can so I can help my mother because it breaks my heart to see her like this and not be able to help her.
