60 years old woman pays over $19,400 for 1 full rent only to find the day of move in October 1, 2021, that the 920 SQ. FT.

The apartment is riddled with mold, infested with sewer flies and a hoarder nut woman who is in the above apartment wakes her up at 1 Am to 4 Am morning after morning with noises and incantation of midnight noise, sleep deprived, breathable air deprived, living in freezing cold and prince George’s country Maryland code enforcement does nothing but make her life and situation worse!

No sleep until police called 3 times did she cut back from every day to frequently! Owner/landlord knew about the sewer flies & tenant in above apartment. And denies any mold even after $1,000’s spent on test.

The house owner is evil, and he insisted on “won’t refund her so she can move out!
