My name is Yuriy. I'm 34, I'm from Lviv, Ukraine. I am asking for your help in raising funds for knee treatment. I have a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a damaged meniscus on my right knee. Rrecently, I had a good job and was able to pay for my treatment by myself (surgery was scheduled for March). But the war changed everything. And now I can't afford to spend the last money on the treatment, and with such an injury I can't be useful to the army to protect my country, or to work physically to support my family. Not to mention the hobby (since childhood I played football at an amateur level. In fact, I was injured on the football field).I am ashamed to ask for help from my friends or relatives, because the situation in Ukraine is very difficult now. So I decided to ask for help here. I have never asked someone for such help in my life, so I don't really believe that anyone will want to help me now. But if there are those who want to - I will be infinitely grateful.
