When I noticed that my 90 year old Grandmother wasn't getting up and down the stairs as often as she use to ,which she needed to do because the bathroom and her bedroom are up there It only made sense to have a bathroom built in the 'way too big kitchen anyway' and luck would have it I was remodeling a house next door with the guy who would know how to do such an incredible task . Well my family said they would support the project financially just "bring em receipts" and I would help build it as long as we kept the price low . Well my friend the builder went in to his emergency fund for his kids to buy the stuff we needed when I told him that my my grandmother had not had a shower in 3 weeks expecting to be reimbursed .when. It came time to pay my family gave up 1000 of the asked 3000 which didn't even cover all the materials I managed to pay him another 650 but I still gotta give him 1350 he has some major bills coming up and I feel terrible that I still owe him this and embarrassed about how my family behaved. He should not be punished because he knows me his
