Hey I am LUBEGA ARAFAT, 24years old and a born of Uganda living in the city Kampala of Uganda. I work with a team of 8 youths who have learnt how to do wood works and joinery at kampala wood craft project I opened up one year ago. The major aim of this project is to help youths in the community learn wood works skill freely.Today Thursday I woke up to the news that the main road beside my workshop it's in the picture I uploaded on this campaign is going to be widened and by 10th March the project will begin. I have written to this site because I am going to be affected by this road and I have to look for space where we are going to continue making our items and teaching other youths wood works and in less than 14 days because we'll have no where to store our ready Made furniture and wood works after those days. I know it's going to take quite some big money that I do not have even when I plan on expanding Kampala wood craft project even after getting a space but I will be grateful for that helping hand that is ready to help me rent/buy a space to work from.
