My brother was born with congenital malformations. He has a disability in the upper and lower extremities with macular atrophy . He has been blind since birth and there is possibility of an operation to reconsider him. In addition he has a case of electro-convulsive epilepsy. Since his birth we have been striving to straighten his feet and perform plastic surgeries on his hands in 2004 ,we were able to contact a doctor who lives in Canada to implant a slide a chip that will help my brother see and that surgery will cost approximately 120k dollar the amount is apparently exorbitant. My father is a retired military our financial budget is unable to pay expenses especially since Lebanon is suffering from severe economic crises and this has caused the shrinkage of our monthly pension, which is less than 50$
