I am a 42 year old Single Mum of two boys (11 and 14). I have been a Single Mum for the past 9 years. It has been an absolute struggle. I am in debt. I have no savings. I work full-time and take on additional work to make ends meet but I need help to complete a task that will help me come out of debt completely.

The house that my children and I live in was purchased with a loan from the bank and the loan installment really eats into my income. The house also needs repair which I cannot afford to get done due to the circumstances that I am faced with. We run short every month and have run out of corners to cut but I am not asking for funds to pay off my housing loan but rather a very small amount that will help me to find the funds I need to come out of debt.

Roght not, I can't even afford to buy my kids what they need for their sports and extra curricular activities. I can't even think about higher education fot them right now.

I inherited a land from my father. If I sell it, I can pay off all my debts and do all the repairs that have to be done in my house. However, I cannot afford to have the land surveyed and fenced because I cannot afford anything extra other than our basic needs. I need at least USD3,000 to complete this task after which the land can be put up for sale.

I cannot borrow anymore because I cannot afford to pay it back. That is why I thought I would ask for help. Even the smallest contribution from you can go along way for me and my boys. If I can pay off my debts and don't have to pay monthly installments, I can easily meet all my family's expenses with my monthly income. Please help me if you are in a position to do so.
