investigation into this..
Because of the miss treatment he received from a surgeon who got approval from ACC to cover the costs of the operation and recovery of my partner.
This operation took place on the 23 June 2021,he was given medical certificate for recovery time from his employment for 2 weeks, the surgeon said on his post op appointment that he was healing well would be clear for work on the 22 July....
Well that was wrong..the operation did absolutely nothing for his knee,On the 11 August 2021 he was terminated from his employment due to Medical Incapacity, this caused a reduction in his acc weekly compensation...we are awaiting a second opinion from a senior surgeon.
Today is 27 January 2022,my partners weekly compensation payments are $572.20 a week,we also get a rent subsidy that's paid directly to our landlord of $155 a week
We have finally got a date for 25 February 2022 for a full review of his knee...
I can provide documentation to confirm this,as we filed for a investigation, I can not publicly show them on here, but if needed I can email..
thank you ?
