My name is Talat Sayeed and I am raising funds for My Medical Treatment and I am suffering from Accidental Injuries. Currently, I am undergoing treatment at Siddh Super Multispeciality Hospital, Moradabad. The treatment is costing me Rs.60,000 and I need funds to continue the treatment. Recently, I fell from the roof and due to that accident my shoulder is dismantled. The doctors have advised me to undergo surgery. Somehow I have managed the cost of the treatment from my savings but now I am exhausted and I need more funds for further treatment and surgery.
