Back in 2019, a revolution began in Lebanon which lead to an economic crisis which increased the local currency from 1$=1515 lbp to 1$=25,000 lbp. This crisis has been really hard on Lebanese people and especially people in the military. On the 4th of August, a huge explosion hit Lebanon and recked most of our houses.
My fiancé and I are planning on getting married this year and he works with the military and so his salary is equivalent to 60$. Without his parent's house which was destroyed during the explosion, and a salary sufficient enough, we cannot afford rent, nor afford our basic needs.
We need help to secure the amount needed for him to move out of his friend's house and find a home for the both of us.
