My vision is to create something new in confectionery bussines in Montenegro. That is part of culinary that is just starting to expand, and this one would be based on chocolate. A lot of chocolate candies, most of them are not present in Montenegro, for example fudge, butter crunch and similar. There will also be bonbons, pralines, cakes. Also except that, it will be based on education about chocolate. First on cacao industry, than proces of making chocolate and finally product that are made of chocolate.
