Giving Filipino people their needs to help themselves away from starving because of Covid 19 lockdown that the Pres. Duterte have ordered so, they cant work outside their homes at all which is hard for them and this campaign wants to help the Brgy. Officials also to improve helping out Filipinos that are now in a heartbreaking poverty situation.
