Taku is now 19 years old and was bornwith Celebral Palsy.He is raised by a single mother whois my sister and has a sibling whose father is late.He uses adult diapers and has constant bowel problems.He as outgrown the wheelchair he had and the mother has tolift him physically every now and then.As a result she has alsostarted developing backpains.

Taku needs to see a physiotherapist and also a specialist physician but nofunds are available.He has never been to school and laying on the bed all the time makes him develop bed sores at times.ra

Please kindly assist sothat he can have an ongoing physiotherapy,availability of diapers,a proper wheelchair and the medication that he needs to be on.
