Our aim is to establish this foundation to provide some relief to patients suffering from kidney disease which is prevalent in Sri Lanka.

I urge you all to help me pay attention to the points mentioned here
This is because I can see with my own eyes the condition of the patients who are suffering severely from this condition
I find it very painful so if there is any help for them I think it is a great comfort to them so your small donation will make the biggest difference in their minds.
