I wish to drill a borehole and install a solar pump which it's friendly to environment and start an irrigation as a motive to fight hunger in my community . Your help may go a long way in changing my community life . Im from a dry region where we usually receive low rain fall due to climate changes and it is affecting our grain harvest but if we may change to irrigation it will help us and go a long way in solving starvation issue in the community and end the issue of begging for food as it is said don't catch fish for John but teach John to catch fish , thank you in advance
