Cone is an engineer wannabe who works for miserable money. Because of this he don't have for fuel to go to work and back.
To make matters worse, he is student of electrical engineering and he must pay 3000$ for the rest of years of study he have.
For now he can't afford the expenses he have.
When we summarize the monthly expenses and his payment. The expenses are for 50$ higher than his payment.
