Hi and Good day everyone! I’m Jesyl Gardose and I’m fundraising for my Family. Support us not to get kick out of the place we call home! I’m asking for everyone’s support to help my family! my mom is a single mom and been raising us alone since I was 12 years old as my dad is alcoholic. She worked overseas to sustained our needs after almost 3 years of working overseas she went back home and decided to stay here for good as her sister was sick and nobody will manage the business because she had no child she asked my mom to managed it but sadly we were kicked out of that place because we were tricked by lot agent we pay them full and just when we thought finally we can have our own house but sadly they just pickpocketed the money and the bank said someone already paid for the place we lived. We’ve been transferring house ever since I was a kid probably this is our 16th place, we have no place that we owned. Fast forward in year 2019 we rented a place and continued our business and then just this year the owner decided to sell it to us, since it’s a conjugal property the sibling needs to talk to decide how much they will sell it and who will be the representative to talk to my mom about this lot. so they have an agreement that my mom will not pay full and just give a downpayment and the rest is staggared payment my mom also borrowed a money in the bank for the downpayment. We don’t have that big amount so we were happy to hear that it‘s okay for the owner if we can’t pay full and just give a downpayment. I also worked overseas but I went home last February 2020 helping my mom and assisting her and taking care of my 5 year old son. Just this month October 2021 5 out of 7 of the siblings said that they want to sell this to other buyer who can pay full amount immediately as they need a big money as soon as possible. It's disappointing as we have an agreement that it's okay to pay staggered but then they changed their minds. I am asking for everyone’s help so we can pay the lot in full amount we will promise to pay you back. my mom’s life is here already we’ve been transferring for how many years just when we thought this will become our home they changed their minds. we have 6 dogs and 7 cats and it will be a lot of trouble to find a new place and we don’t wanna leave them of course and it’s not easy to find a new place nearby just when we thought that we will stay here for good already and will owned this in 3-4 years sadly they want to sell it to other people and wants us to move out in 2 months or by January 2022 if we can’t pay the full amount of this lot by the end of november 2021. I am humbly asking for everyone’s support and help if we reach the goal we promise to pay back to everyone or we will give back and help it to other people and animals in need as a way of giving back we always does this but in a small amount as we are still paying for this place. We will do this because we will not get through this without your help every month our supposedly payment we will give back to those in need or pay back to those person who will help so you can use it again to help other people and animals in need. thank you so much in advance we will be so grateful to everyone any help is much appreciated.
