The rags and toilet papers they use during periods get soaked up with blood quickly and blood flows on their dresses. They think menstruation is a time of stress and shame. This feeling of uncomfortability and embarrassment is not normal because it exposes them to potential risks like vaginal infections, rashes, bad odours and infertility.
