Vulnerable Girls in Masaka slum areas (Uganda) are suffering!!. Reusable Sanitary pads should be given for free like condoms are, sex is a choice, menstruation is not.
A period should just end a sentence not a girl's education. These vulnerable girls child always pad themselves with unsafe and unhygienic clothings, toilet papers and newspapers during mensuration period. The rags and toilet papers they use during periods get soaked up with blood quickly and blood flows on their dresses.
They think menstruation is a time of stress and shame. This feeling of uncomfortability and embarrassment is not normal because it exposes them to potential risks like vaginal infections, rashes, bad odours and infertility.
RAISE A HELPING HAND IN TIME OF NEED. Help ISLAMIC SUPPORT ORGANIZATION TO start up a simple factory composed of sewing machines where production of reusable sanitary pads can be made.
Use of Funds.
Any dollar helps.
10 $ = 1 Meter Cotton Cloths
30 $ = 3 Meter Cotton cloths
50 $ = 5 Meter Cotton cloths
100 $ = 1 Sewing Machine
300 $ =3 Sewing Machines.
500 $ = 5 Sewing Machines
1000 $ = 10 Sewing Machines .
Be confident that your donation is going to make a real difference in the lives of these girls InshAlllah.
