My name is Emmanuel Aria and I am from Papua New Guinea.
What I earn sustains my family of 5 kids for a week and another week I go broke. This then prompted my to come online to look for opportunities to earn extra cash. I managed to find some but my problem now is that I cannot withdraw my funds due to maintainance fees etc. I cannot that extra because my online accounts have nil balance in them.
