I loved animals since I was a child. My mother was always surprised that I would bring home any abandoned animal I found, feed it and treat it in certain cases. I read anything that could help me in their care. The only problem was the space, and our yard had become quite crowded when I was 18 years old. My parents supported me every time I needed help, I committed myself in the hope of raising enough money to build a shelter, which I did, in part. At this time, our shelter is full, and due to the current world situation, it is very difficult to cover the costs of utilities, heat, feed, veterinary and others. We started the works to expand the space, because the surface of the land allows us. Currently, the extension works have been stopped due to lack of funds. Many people began to abandon their animals during the pandemic, and we cannot let them suffer in the absence of shelter. We offer the opportunity to adopt, to people who really want to, for free! We currently host from turtles and other lizards to horses and farm animals or dogs and cats. We want to reopen as soon as possible, but due to lack of funds, we can barely manage from one day to the next. Thank you for any support, no matter how small!
