The FLAMES are a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue goes directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure. For the last 14 of our 20 years in 2020, we have aligned with a young pedal partner, currently a patient at The Jimmy Fund clinic at Dana Farber in Boston. We have two Pedal Partners in 2020. Cam "BAM" Conley Age 5 of Milford NH. We met his family and Cam at the Fenway Park reception for Pedal Partners last May and again on our Ride in Lakeville MA. Great family - and very big Red Sox fans - so that was really fun. Cam, his parents, sister and new baby brother. We loved them immediately! Cam is in the second year of treatment for Leukemia (ALL) and is weathering the various ups and downs as he goes through this 2-year regiment. We also ride for our 2017 and 2018 Pedal Partner, Zachary Nelson, Age 7 - Z has had a reoccurence of his leukemia this year - and is making monthy trips depite Covit for treatment into Dana Farber with some hospital stays. It is such a bummer to be back for him and his family but Team FLAMES is there to help. You can too. We ride for Cam. We ride for Z. We ride for so many loved ones including ourselves as Team FLAMES has over 19 survivors on the team in 2019 - as well as 16 doctors and nurses at Dana Farber. We ride for a cure, we ride to make a difference! Thank you for your donation - and help. This will be our 20th ride this year as a team - and we have raised $7.1 Million dollars to date in our now 19 rides. Every penny counts! Thank you.
