KENYANS DIASPORA FOUNDATION HISTORY The foundation was formed on 9th April 2020, when the CEO and his friend send money to one of their friend in Kenya and bought food for 6 families who were poor just needed a meal on their table. After distributing the 6 food packet to the vulnerable families. The video was so touching which many who viewed suggested to contribute more money and feed vulnerable families in that area, and later all provinces in Kenya. OUR VALUES Integrity Communication Passion FOUNDATION SCOPE We started by Coast province area where we distributed food in Mtwapa, Malindi and Tana river. Nairobi we went to Mukuru kwa njenga, Kibra, Mathere, Rongai and a Children home in Mwiki. After Nairobi we visited Central province,Eastern province in Mutumo. Then Namanga and ELCK children home. In Nakuru we visited Lake view, Ponda Mali and Bridge of Hope childrens home in Gilgil. Our next destination is kisumu and kakamega which is on 12th and 13th.. Since the foundation was formed we have reached 1,250 vulnerable families and 3 Children's Home. Our last 2 destinations is Turkana and Mandera or Garissa, before we end our phase 1 agenda of food distribution. Phase 2 agenda is Empowering Women and Youth in all Kenya provinces.. We have few ideas and projects. Which we will share once we start the cause… E.g Small scale business for women Farming projects Vocational courses for youth Women groups funding Youth skills Talks etc We are focusing to reach our neighbouring countires like Uganda, and Tanzania to help and support in any pandemic or natural disaster.
