Hello,
Kenya is among the few countries in Africa that was gifted by nature with the variety of wildlife, here at Cincinnati zoo, we believe that wildlife contributes a lot in our day to day life if it's well managed.
Due to corona virus invasion in the world, that brought every sector in Kenya at a standstill, wildlife is one of the sectors that has been damaged a lot because some of the animals we have here depends on fresh which has been got from people who used to pay some little money to pay a visit here but now over three month since the tragedy hit the world, the savings of this project is diminishing which has created a fear some of us that if the lockdown continues,we might loose some of our animals here.
We spent 900000ksh to feed these animals per week which is nearly $6000 to feed them as most of them are carnivorous and they need big chunks of meat and milk to feed their offspring.
We have used this platform for everyone who would have visited and enjoyed the pride of Cincinnati zoo and anyone who is willing to pay a visit in a near future to feel free and donate to save these innocent creatures.
Thank you very much for your support.
