Help to my brother to treat his femur tissue tumor (sarcoma).

Hello my name is Purevjargal (Puje). I am from Mongolia.
I have a brother. His name is Nyamdagva (Davga).
He is 32 years old and has two sons. Five years ago he diagnised bone cancer (chondrosarcoma) and has a right femur bone changing surgery in Korea because in our country couldn't treat.
And recently in this july his right leg felt again pain, and according to the result of biopsy test diagnosed with the tissue tumor with size 10x14,4x14,4 cm. And because of the doctors of our country couldn't treat again he have to be treated in Korea again. Korean doctor's said that he need to sergery to remove that tumor. But the cost of the surgery and other medical expenses in Korea is 53000 USD. So because of this he need financial provision to cover all treatment cost.
So I ask you to help to my brother with generous heart. Thank you.
