Binnie is my first dog. I rescued her when she was abandoned at a lake, when she was 7 weeks old. Unfortunately she has torn her ACL and needs surgery that costs up to $5000 and we can’t afford the cost. She’s only 5 years old and is too young for pain management. She means everything to me and we need help.
