Am hereby introducing to you Flames of compassion Uganda a registered NGO (INDR151634026NB). We started this program to help abandoned children(below 18years), because of producing fellow children. Many child mothers have lost hope. Parents no longer take care of them, yet they have a tusk a head, to take care of their children too.
