Am seeking for funds to setup a food processing firm that will develop avocado paste from avocados. This will be offering a longer shelf life to the ripe avocado for the consumers who may not have the facility to store the fruits. More to this, they will be offering a longer shelf life compared to when ripe fruits are preserved whole. I also intend to establish a facility that will will promote avocado planting for high production to ensure high raw materials. This will be through tissue culture lab techniques and free supply to interested farmers with an intention to be the only target market when fruits are ready for harvest.
More to this we intend to establish other processing firms for product development from the rest of avocado after developing the paste.
A molecular biology lab will also be set for diagnosis of avocado plants at molecular level.
